Classes vary in length and are conducted via Groups.io and Zoom, but those platforms are not exclusive, and OIWi reserves the right to use LDS platforms of their choosing. Please read the workshop description for details.

Some workshops may offer real time or live chats and will require the app to attend. For the two-week intensive and four-week workshops, participants should subscribed to groups.io to enter the classroom for the length of the workshop. If you are going to attend future workshops, say subscribed to our groups.io main page, otherwise unsubscribed. We usually leave content up for a week to ten days after the workshop closes. On the rear occasion we do not, please contact the Director of Educational & Campus Services at the email listed below. 

*The deadline to register is the start date of the class. Late registrations, up to seven days after the workshop starts, may be accepted at the discretion of the Director of Educational & Campus Services.

PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to enter the workshop classroom on time. We are here to assist should you need additional help. Participants will receive an invitation the Friday before the workshop start date. If you do not receive an invitation before the workshop start date, it may be lost or if you have more than one email address, check that and your mailbox(s) junk or spam folders. It is your responsibility to contact us. If you are a returning student and have attended Groups.ios workshops before, the Director of Educational & Campus Services may directly add you to the classroom. In that case, you will begin receiving all classroom emails association with the workshop.
